After a three-month certification process, the Top Employers Institute has certified Viessmann as a Top Employer 2023 in Germany, designating Viessmann as a particularly attractive employer for talented individuals.

Areas and topics examined in the "Top Employer" certification
The Top Employers Institute examined the participating employers in six overarching HR dimensions and 20 HR areas in an extensive survey followed by a detailed audit. These areas include People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being and Diversity & Inclusion. Viessmann was rated particularly positively in the areas of "People Strategy", "Business Strategy" and "Talent Acquisition".
With this certification, the Viessmann clearly demonstrates that it places its employees at the center of its business activities and offers the right foundations and guidelines to enable and promote all 13000 employees in the best possible way.
