The well-being of employees has top priority: Viessmann recognised as a Top Employer 2022

Allendorf, Jan 21, 2022 – The family business is committed to creating excellent employee conditions and providing employees with the best possible support in their everyday endeavors. After a three-month certification process, the Top Employers Institute has now certified Viessmann as a Top Employer 2022 in Germany and therefore as a highly attractive employer.

The Top Employers Institute examined the participating employers in six overarching HR dimensions and 20 HR areas in an extensive survey followed by a detailed audit. Areas such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being and Diversity & Inclusion were considered. Viessmann was rated particularly positively under the headings of Business Strategy and Talent Acquisition.

The Top Employer certificate attests to the fact that Viessmann places its employees at the center of its business activities and offers them an outstanding working and development environment.
