Viessmann is a global family business. Our company is shaped by the Viessmann family of entrepreneurs and thrives off the multifaceted talents of our members, who we greatly appreciate and jointly share. We have grown considerably since Johann Viessmann founded the company in 1917. Today, the Viessmann Group has 14500 employees worldwide.
Viessmann, which was founded in 1917, now has 22 production companies in twelve countries. Our company is represented around the world with 120 sales branches and generated approx. 3.4 billion euros in turnover in 2021.
In 2019, we restructured our organization during our 102nd year of existence. We combined our six business areas and the Viessmann foundations under the umbrella of the Viessmann Family Holding.
One of our most important leadership principles is that everyone takes responsibility for their actions. This applies in particular to our managers and our Board of Management who lead by example.
Working for Viessmann isn’t just about having a job. It’s about helping shape how we will live tomorrow. Innovation, team spirit, and the willingness to take on responsibility are just as important as professional expertise and modern work methods.
