Viessmann FörderProfi (Subsidy Pro): Complete and fast support for subsidy applications

From A as in application to Z as in zero trouble: Applying for subsidies to modernize heating systems can be quick and easy, because Viessmann FörderProfi (Subsidy Pro) takes over the work from owners and specialist installers.

Mar 6, 2019  The service allows people who are modernizing their homes and having a heat pump, fuel cell heating device or condensing boiler installed to access attractive government subsidies very easily. Therefore, if you have neither money nor time to waste, you can use the new service. And very importantly, always before purchasing your new heating system.

FörderProfi (Subsidy Pro) processes the application and helps homeowners and installers until the subsidy is paid out. The entire procedure is handled online at  www.foerder-profi.de.

Online – without any annoying paperwork

The Quick-Check determines free of charge whether the system is in principle eligible to receive a subsidy at all. The necessary technical details – if required – can be obtained from the specialist installer. The answer regarding the new heat generator’s eligibility for a subsidy is sent shortly thereafter by email.

If the Quick-Check result is positive, FörderProfi (Subsidy Pro) handles the entire matter for a small fee – from submitting the application to the funding body up to paying out the money. This finally makes all that annoying paperwork a thing of the past.

FörderProfi (Subsidy Pro) takes into account the government subsidy programs of the German Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control, “Measures to Promote the Use of Renewables in the Heating Market” (Market Incentive Program) and “Guideline to Expedite the Modernization of Heating Systems with the Use of Renewables” (Energy Efficiency Incentive Program – APEE). This also includes several German Development Bank (KfW) programs from the German government’s CO2  building modernization program.

Large subsidies for renewable energy systems, condensing technology and fuel cell heating devices

The government supports the modernization of heating systems with modern heat pumps. Thus, homeowners can get up to 6,750 euros for a Vitocal 333-G brine/water heat pump, and up to 1500 euros for a Vitocal 222-A air/water heat pump.

If an old boiler is replaced by a modern condensing boiler, the German Development Bank (KfW) will pay up to 7500 euros, under the condition that automatic flow balancing is performed and a ventilation system with heat recovery is also installed.

Even more money can be had for a Vitovalor fuel cell heating device. The German Development Bank (KfW) subsidizes the investment with 9300 euros. Homeowners who also take advantage of the electricity subsidy permitted by the German Combined Heat and Power Generation Act (KWKG) as a one-off payment in the amount of 1800 euros will then receive a total of 11100 euros.
