The great importance of this partnership in action is evident on many levels of the collaboration. In addition to comprehensive technical service as well as training and further education programs in our Academy, we offer specialist tradesmen a whole range of support services – from preparing quotations, planning, and equipment start-up, to the Vitoguide platform, which enables our heating engineers to support their customers remotely.

Above all, however, a partnership in action is about rapid, unbureaucratic collaboration and the mutual sharing of experience. “This is a big win for both sides,” says Matthias Frankenstein, heating engineer from Berlin, who is running his company together with his son in its third generation. “We talked about the lack of skilled workers and the appeal of the trade. And the very same evening we decided to carry out an apprentice exchange, and we put this into action. We must take paths like these.”

This partnership based on equality is an essential success factor for both sides. This has also been confirmed by the industry analyst “markt intern”, which named Viessmann “No. 1 Specialist Trade Partner” for the 15th time in a row in the run-up to the leading international trade fair ISH.
