We supply, maintain, and optimize energy systems.

Climate protection is a global challenge and industry must play a central role if the goal of climate neutrality by 2050 is actually going to be achieved. This motivates us.

We organize activities for complex systems for generating energy from process heat, steam, and biomass of the Viessmann Group under the Industrial Solutions business area. We provide our customers with tailor-made solutions that are as effective as they are efficient and sustainable. For our integrated energy concepts we consider the whole system of energy production, supply structure, and consumption. The analysis of all processes forms the foundation for determining potential and coordinating all system components.

Our scope of services encompasses planning, engineering, installing, commissioning, maintaining, and servicing energy systems. Our integrated range of solutions also includes consulting and extensive digital services. Viessmann Industrial Boiler Solutions, for example, has completely renovated the Altchemnitz heating plant for energy supplier eins energie in Saxony. We were responsible for project management, from engineering to installation and commissioning.

Our business units

Viessmann Industrial Service GmbH provides service, maintenance and conversions to hot water-, steam-, waste heat boilers and wood combustion systems. Engineering and complex major projects are provided by Viessmann Industrial Boiler Solutions GmbH. Viessmann Holzfeuerungsanlagen GmbH provides service for wood combustion systems and Schmack Biogas Service GmbH for biogas systems. MicrobEnergy GmbH is our contact for Power-to-Gas and Viessmann Industrie France is there for our customers in France.

We are on the ground, wherever our customers are

We put the customer front and center. Our customers are mainly from the process industry, production, or they are infrastructure providers, planners, or engineers. The spectrum ranges from breweries and laundries to the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, all the way through to power plant operators.

No two customers or projects are the same. In addition to Viessmann’s energy systems being sustainable and efficient, we individually adapt them to our customers’ requirements and accompany and support them throughout the entire process – from project development to service.

Even once our energy systems and plants are installed, we do not leave our customers alone; we support them during operation. We are at hand to answer questions about system expansion, maintenance, or in case of malfunctions, as well as when customers require technical information.

Proximity to our customers and quick availability are very important to Joachim Janssen, who heads the business area, and his team. We guarantee fast response times and a high level of system security and availability with our comprehensive service network and the many Viessmann locations worldwide.

Our product range

We offer comprehensive system solutions that guarantee an economical supply of steam up to 120 tons per hour, heat up to 120 megawatts, and electricity up to 50 megawatts. All energy sources can be used here – fossil fuels and biomass as well as the waste heat generated in industrial processes.
